“Win a Trip to Caribbean” Contest
Official Rules and Regulations
The contest begins on Friday, June 12, 2015, at 9 a.m. (EST) and closes on Friday, December 25th , 2015, at 4 p.m. (EST). One (1) entry will be picked by random selection at 11:30 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, December 30th , 2015, in the Moncton. N.B. office of MenuChoice.ca c/o 682492 NB LTD.. The winner will be contacted by e-mail (if applicable) by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, January 8th , 2016. Failure to contact within one week will result in a redraw.
To enter, register an account and post a review on the http://menuchoice.ca at any of the businesses listed. Each participant is restricted to one ballot only. Each ballot automatically enters the applicant to win a voucher of $2000.00 CAD that can be used to purchase the desired trip to Caribbean. Each entry must include your name, and a valid e-mail address. Entries that do not contain full contact information are invalid. No purchase is necessary. Only one (1) prize will be awarded.
To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a resident of Canada*, and Reside in New Brunswick, of the age of majority in, and you must not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or cohabitant with an employee of any division of Menuchoice.ca or On target Media and the sponsoring or affiliated companies, their subsidiaries and agencies.
*Legal considerations require restricting the contest to Canadian residents.

The draw will be made from all eligible ballots. The chance of winning the contest draw is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the deadline.
No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged or delayed entry due to failure of the website during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunction of the computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software and failure of any e-mail or online entry submitted for the ” Win a Trip to Caribbean” contest. Likewise, no responsibility will be taken for technical problems or traffic congestion on the web or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this promotion. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, tampered with in any way or in violation of the contest rules.
The winner’s name and place of residence will be published online in “The Prizes” page on ” Win a Trip to Caribbean” contest website and may be published in different other media releases and advertisements.
The total value of the grand prize package for ” Win a Trip to Caribbean” contest: voucher of $2000.00 CDN.
The prize is awarded in VOUCHER (Grand Prize) Format valued $2000.00 CAD.
In the event that the Grand Prize winner does not utilize any part of the Grand Prize, no cash equivalent or future redeemable certificate(s) will be issued to the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable or convertible to cash and is not for resale. MenuChoice.ca c/o 682492 NB LTD reserves the right, in the event that the Grand Prize or a component of the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value, or at their sole discretion, the cash value of the prize, without liability.
By participating in ” Win a Trip to Caribbean Contest” contest, entrants accept and agree to
a) these Official Contest Rules and the decisions regarding any aspect of the contest, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and
b) release, discharge and hold harmless all contest management and its sponsors, including . MenuChoice.ca c/o 682492 NB LTD and their respective program sponsors, participating members, their respective member financial institutions, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, including their promotional agencies and the independent contest judging organization, from any liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in the contest and the acceptance or use, misuse or possession of any prize.
